On-site engineers work with customer engineers at customer sites for a long time, familiar with customer internal processes and needs, familiar with customer network conditions, long-term focus on customer live network products and technologies, can help customers prevent major failures, or in the event of failure can quickly solve the problem.
The normal working hours of the resident engineer are five days a week (Monday to Friday), eight hours a day, and enjoy the statutory holidays stipulated by the local country.

Main work content and scope
Daily fault handling and operation report: Responsible for technical service support of all customers' IT equipment and products, and output operation report.

Problem tracking and upgrade and cooperate with related engineers to deal with faults:
By relevant services

Document Management:
Responsible for the maintenance of all customer equipment and product configuration information maintenance.

Service interface:
As a unified interface for all customer IT product-related services.

Limited product knowledge support:
Responsible for providing related product operation and maintenance technical answers, technical information and consultation; Participate in some key operations meetings and provide expert advice. Responsible for dealing with major failures and difficult failures of customer equipment as soon as possible in the first time; Responsible for upgrading and tracking the problem list during major fault handling, collecting the related information of problem list, and cooperating with senior engineers of Shuangxinhui to deal with the fault.

Routine inspection and report:
Responsible for routine inspection service and report output of all customer IT equipment.
